Manresa House

Work is progressing at Manresa House. This £5m scheme for The Society of Jesus in Harbourne (near Birmingham) involves the demolition of existing buildings, refurbishment of the main villa and construction of new build accommodation which contains bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, meeting rooms and chapel/place of workship. OMI Architects and Poole Dick are also working on the scheme, which has been designed to achieve a BREEAM excellence rating. Manresa House serves as a novitiate for the Jesuit order’s activities in north west Europe. Completion of the main building is due to take place in August, with the chapel completed in September.
