  • March 2018 – Littleborough Sports Club Hands Over

    A new RFU funded Changing Room facility was completed this month at Littleborough Sports Club. The works valued at £200k was completed in 12 weeks.

  • February 2018 – £1m Industrial Units Start

    Works have commenced in Winsford on 4 individual lock up warehouses. Each have a 6m high roller shutter entrance and comprise open workshops, offices and welfare facilities. Works are due to complete in July 2018 and are to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating.

  • February 2018 – M&S Stone Completes

    The 2 Storey retail unit with mezzanine floor has been handed over for M&S to do the fit out. Quality of finish was to their exacting standards to showcase their quality products. The 28 week project to the value of £2.2m was a design and build contract which was completed on time.
