  • January 2019 – Best Foot Forward

    H.H. Smith were proud to donate £500 to the ‘Strictly Best Foot Forward’ fund raising event. The annual event raises funds for Bury Hospice.  The evening raised over £51,000 and we are told was a fantastic night.

    Works to expand classroom numbers within the school footprint is being undertaken by constructing 3 mezzanine classrooms.  The design utilises an existing void within the building structure.  All intrusive work is to be completed before school starts in September.

  • February 2018 – £1m Industrial Units Start

    Works have commenced in Winsford on 4 individual lock up warehouses. Each have a 6m high roller shutter entrance and comprise open workshops, offices and welfare facilities. Works are due to complete in July 2018 and are to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating.

  • February 2018 – M&S Stone Completes

    The 2 Storey retail unit with mezzanine floor has been handed over for M&S to do the fit out. Quality of finish was to their exacting standards to showcase their quality products. The 28 week project to the value of £2.2m was a design and build contract which was completed on time.
