Despite the continued economic downturn HH Smith continue to be busy and during this period have successfully completed a number of projects, these include -

St Johns RC Primary School Chorlton - Phase 2
Value £250,000
The 2^nd phase consisted of a 2 classroom timber framed extension. Completed in time and on budget. This has lead to the negotiation of Phase 3 which consists of Drainage and external hard landscaping.

St Marks RC Primary School, Swinton
Value £105,000
Small extension, nursery refurbishment and New Staff Car Park.

Frankies & Benny's, Rochester, Kent
Value £100,000
This small extension to a live restaurant was built to a tight time schedule. Close liason between The restaurant management and HHS staff ensured a successful job.

 

Prestwich Cricket & Tennis Club
Value £405,000
The work consisted of an extension to the existing club house including new bar and changing facilities. The works were completed within the timescale to allow the opening of the club house in time for the new cricket season.

St Phillips RC Primary School, Prestwich
Value £390,000
This project involved the re-modelling of the old school building to allow disabled access including a 3 floor lift, new staff room, new secure entrance lobby, refurbishment of the nursery and  external works.

Moat House Unit, Stockport
Value £120,000
Small single storey extension with a new class area and pupils kitchen.

St Teresa's RC Primary School, Stretford
Value £270,000
Single Storey Extension with Internal Adaptations.

Christ the King Primary School, Newton Heath
Value £400,000
Single Storey Extension including classrooms, circulations areas and WC's.
